Global property upgrade to switch to new, turnkey offices
This is a fantastic example of our turnkey model, one in which the prestigious Palladium Hotel Group, led by businessman Abel Matutes, entrusted FLULLE with the global project for its new HQs in Pozuelo, Madrid.
Workplace, design, interior design, licensed and fit-out in record time
Transferring headquarters from the island of Ibiza to Madrid. That was the goal. What was the only way to do it? Having a single contact person who would guarantee oversight of the entire process, from its conception to the final delivery of the 1,300 m² or 14,000 ft2 space.
To meet the design expectations of this chairmanship space, FLULLE enlisted the contribution of Estudio Morgan as a specialist in interior design of corporate spaces. FLULLE supplied the engineering and, together, we developed the fit-out project and handled the necessary license management for later execution of the works within 6 weeks.

Use of available natural light in workspaces
The arrangement of spaces is decided following criteria for the use of natural light, locating workspaces (offices and open space area) on the floor perimeter, leaving to the less illuminated central area the spaces needing greater privacy such as meeting rooms and other informal modular spaces, in addition to the main lobby and VIP waiting area.
And to finish, day-to-day support
For this project, we put all the services the client needed at their disposal in a coordinated and efficient way in terms of time and cost. But our added value did not end there. Once the work was finished, the client trusted FLULLE Facility Services to support them further in solving their subsequent needs on a day-to-day basis.
