The Manor
This wonderful space, the German ambassador in Spain’s official residence until the end of WW2, is currently the headquarters of the BNP Paribas Bank, a client who entrusts us with the works for the BNP Paribas Asset Management Madrid HQ. This project had to be completed in time for the SID (Spain Investor Day), a unique industry forum in Spain in which prominent international investors can find out about the current situation of the main Spanish listed companies. On this Manor we worked on the entire ground floor carrying out all the necessary installations and other works.

Adjacent House
The other building, an adjacent house, is a three-story building which we completely dismantled and refurbished as per the new distribution in accordance with our architectural project. Once all the work was done, we finished the outfitting. This space has been refurbished as per the customer’s current needs.
A project in which FLULLE has participated from start to finish, meeting the client's needs in a timely manner. Beginning with the development of the execution project, licensing management, construction process together with all the necessary outfittings (electrical, mechanical, FCS, telecommunications, security) and finally the implementation with the choice of furniture and equipment.
