A unique building
FLULLE is commissioned for the implantation of Colonial Inmobiliaria’s headquarters in Madrid, in the unique building with a facade standing out thanks to its large vertical windows crowned by semicircular arches, and located at 52 Paseo de la Castellana avenue.
Demanding fitting and reconditioning work
In order to complete these demanding works and the outfitting of the building’s seventh floor with a total area of 895 m² or 9,630 ft2, we carry out all the fittings and works necessary for the reconditioning and fitting to our client’s needs.

Electric, air conditioning, FP, telecoms and access control
We adapted the existing facilities following the customer's requests and we also extended them. We put work into the following: electric grid, air conditioning system, fire protection elements, telecommunications and access control. Construction works such as demolition, plumbing or concrete work were performed as well.
