This is CRIDA, Reference Center for Research, Development and Innovation ATM A.I.E. Given the purpose of this project, expectations were set high. The target building was the Las Mercedes Business Park, Building 7, the designated base material to carry out the outfitting of this project by Allende Arquitectos. FLULLE was designated as main contractor responsible for all the work to bring the challenge to a successful conclusion.
The most significant change has been the installation of a set of screens compliant with an acoustic maximum of 42dBs. We have also implemented mobile partitions in combinable rooms. The vertical walls required a special paint finish with a soft effect, as if they were sheets of vinyl, in line with the flat finishings, where we added Soundless flooring that managed to reduce the sound in passageways. In workstations and meeting rooms we placed Ecophon so that the acoustics adjusted to the needs of the client. In addition, we added a reception area to the building.
Along with the mechanical installations, we modified the existing fan coils, adding new machines on the ground floor and on the roof, as well as installing a new BMS control system. Regarding the electrical installations, the necessary work was carried out to set up workstations over technical flooring, as well as setting up the CPD and connecting all the data points. A new air traffic control simulation laboratory is created. Designer lighting for all workstations including audiovisual installations, from monitors to short and long distance projectors.
This job has required the highest attention to detail, and the FLULLE team has lived up to expectations.
