Once the Anaya implementation project in Madrid is completed, Valentín Beato 21, we receive the order for the material execution of the works for the new Anaya offices in Barcelona. About 850 m², spread over straw and the first floor of collaborative space, the development of the project, as in Madrid, was carried out by the BNP Paribas team with the collaboration of Carlos Manzano Arquitectos. Also here we were selected as general contractor for civil works, electrical, mechanical, PCI, telecommunications, special and security installations, we also took care of the furniture and props. In addition to offering the Facility Services service for the maintenance of the facilities upon completion of the work.
The project, similar to the Madrid offices, aimed at all times to maintain the same harmony between both locations. It consistently met the needs implemented in Valentín Beato, which were equally necessary at the Barcelona site. Meeting rooms, phone booths, and other spaces were essential for the proper functioning of the employees' daily activities. As you can see, the result was a complete success.
