Eight kilometers away from Madrid’s city center in the Aravaca district, a residential neighborhood characterized by horizontal urbanism made up of mostly gated communities and villas, an office building of unique morphology and avant-garde exterior appearance rises. Grenergy Renewables has located its headquarters on the third floor of this property, entrusting the outfitting project to the Langarita Navarro studio, and they have selected us to be the main contractor.
This new headquarters, built on a single 560m² or 6,000 ft2 floor, has a large reception area, an open working area including a central meeting room, several offices and a phone booth, an area for management and very pleasant common areas.
Cooperating to provide solutions to Estudio Langarita Navarro’s technical bureau, we have built different spaces using plasterboard and mirrored glass partitions, even using large-format curved glass for meeting rooms. The cabinetmaking has played a special role through items such as the reception desk and others distributed throughout the plant in specific areas (printer room, phone booths...).
An attractive project within an attractive outer shell.
