One of the main European financial service companies, Société Générale, hired FLULLE’s services for the outfitting of their Madrid offices, relocating their head office to an 800 m2 or 8,600 ft2 in one of the 6 buildings of the Parque Norte office complex, located at 56 Serrano Galvache street, in Madrid’s northern area, with access to the M-30 beltway and less than 10 minutes from the airport.
This office complex with an established brand image was designed by the Rafael de la-Hoz architecture firm. His architectonic concept draws from the “spirit of unity”, with 6 buildings located within the perimeter and a central area acting as the heart of the park. It has been certified Gold LEED standards in the Existing Building category, (Leader in Energetic Efficiency and Sustainable Design) by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), which in turn endorses Parque Norte as a sustainable complex with high levels of wellbeing and convenience for its occupants.
This is an outfitting project elaborated by the BNP Paribas architecture department, who managed a fantastic job distinguishable by its great nature-inspired themes, making the combination of many elements such as trees and vertical gardens a central axis of the project. As a general contractor we have achieved a superb degree of satisfaction in the final client, as well as in the architectural team who have seen their design and experience-creation expectations fulfilled, through the creation of welcoming work ambiences with natural wood surfaces combined with the rest of the vegetation.
Participating when everything is top-notch is always a pleasure: Project, Team, Golden LEED office complex, Client.
