The new Madbit area is in fashion, as properties are updating their environments to adapt them to new technologies and client’s needs. In this case, the Cronos Building, property of Meridia Capital, is the outcome of a project led by Colliers Arquitectura to update and reposition this building located in the Cronos Square.
FLULLE, as main contractor, is responsible for fulfilling this fascinating repositioning project in which pure and simple construction work is carried out, with attractive interior design as well as actions over all the installations: electrical, mechanical, FCS , telecoms, special and security; all of them with their own staff, as is typical in FLULLE.
All of them focused on improvements to the building's common areas: the entrances, facade, lift lobbies on all floors and the main entrance hall. The existing main facade has been replaced with a glass curtain wall with a canopy, while part of the existing staircase has been substituted with a newly built one, thus creating a larger reception area.
In addition to all of the above, the building rooftop is repurposed as an area for the building's workers' leisure and rest time, something typical of the new Madbit area.
This project delivers a fully functional building, with a renewed appearance and improved daily life conditions for the tenants.
