One of the major comprehensive rehabilitation projects signed in 2021 by Tétris as the general contractor and FLULLE as the installer is Arapiles 13, where a landmark office building of 15,500 m² spread across 20 floors stands, located in the heart of the Chamberí neighborhood in Madrid.
The property owner and project promoter, following the departure of its long-term tenant, is committed to repositioning the asset and updating it in every way in order to make it an attractive and competitive property within Madrid’s office sector.
The project specifically addresses the structure, proposing an innovative refurbishment of both the interior and exterior spaces. It also includes a complete overhaul of the installations and the facade, improving the building’s conditions in terms of energy consumption reduction, restroom cores, elevators, and more.
Sustainable
in every way
FLULLE is responsible for the new installations of: Electricity and Lighting (including a new Transformation Center), Photovoltaic systems, Voice/Data, Security, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitation, HVAC and Ventilation, and ultimately, an ambitious project that demands highly skilled professionals.
Additionally, the subsequent installation of the new tenant, UAX (Alfonso X el Sabio University), was carried out, where FLULLE's role remained exactly the same as in the previous phase. We took charge of the necessary installations to execute this implementation, which was awarded to Tétris, just like the building rehabilitation.
We thank Tétris for once again trusting FLULLE to accompany them in achieving another major professional challenge like this one.
