Once more, Inmobiliaria Colonial has trusted FLULLE with the comprehensive upgrade of the spectacular avant-garde property located at number 73 Serrano street, in Madrid.
Prime tenants
The project, carefully elaborated by Antona & Polo (architecture) and Promec (engineering), included all minor and major fittings to be carried out on the property in order to reposition and revamp it and adapt it to prime tenants’ expectations. In this case, the international law firm Allen & Overy would later become the sole tenant and would also trust us with the fit-out of its corporate headquarters.

New facade, mezzanines demolition, comprehensive remodeling and installation replacement
Out of all jobs performed, it is worth mentioning:
Construction of the new property facade by building a new curtain wall after removing the old aluminum, slats and glass carpentry, bestowing a renewed and modern image on the building in accordance with the aesthetics of the interior fit-out.
The existing mezzanine demolition and later construction of a new one to accommodate the subsequent fit-out for the tenant.
The complete remodeling of the entrance hall and its connection with the basement auditorium area.
The complete replacement of all building installations, implementing a new distribution in the operating plant and conceiving it as open-plan, (electrical panels and connections, plumbing, air conditioning and fire protection installations such as smoke detectors, fire hoses, fire extinguishers and evacuation loudspeakers).
