This unique building is located in one of the main financial and commercial hubs of Madrid, located at 52 Paseo de la Castellana avenue in Madrid. Its combination of art deco and futurism, punctuated by its corner facade of large vertical windows crowned by semicircular arches, make this a bright space, generating spaciousness.
Strong minimalist attributes
With a strong minimalist character, the building main lobby comprehensive fit-out has been performed using innovative materials, providing a combination of natural and artificial light. Thanks to the vertical garden providing color and ambience differentiation, we managed to create a cozy waiting area acting as a prelude to a renovated and elegant lobby. In each floor lobby where the offices are located, the same bright and elegant aesthetic has been captured, from which you can access both the offices and the service areas and interior corridors, all of them being completely remodeled with the same aesthetics.

We perform electrical grid fittings, such as adaptation of the existing grid to the client's needs and the addition of new lights, adaptation and modification of air conditioning installations, and outfitting jobs such as demolitions, partitions, tiling, plumbing and painting.
