Colonial Inmobiliaria trusts FLULLE with the upgrade of the office building sitting at number 23, Miguel Ángel Street, in the classic Chamberí district in Madrid. A new property upgrade to revamp and retrofit the building for current client requirements.
The building has 7 floors above ground level plus another 4 parking levels below, adding up to an area of more than 12,000 m² or 129,000 ft².
We are currently carrying out Phase I of the partial restructuring works and office building outfitting. This phase requires important demolition works and the complete dismantling of the general building installations with the occasional structure reinforcements. Moreover, it includes restructuring of both vertical communications and access cores with the aim of creating a single, unique, compact and functional core, including fireproof compartmentalization, accessibility regulatory compliance and new metallic stairs.
