One of the most exciting projects of late 2023 for FLULLE has been the renovation of the Hotel Europa on Calle del Carmen, in the heart of Madrid. In fact, one of the hotel's facades is part of the majestic Puerta del Sol, its legendary balconies are very characteristic every December 31st.

Why is it so exciting? It is a project that began with the replacement of the entire cooling and heating water distribution network. The air conditioning unit, climate emitters, variable cooling flow systems, duct and ventilation networks, central renovation and ACS repair (aerothermal heat pump) and everything related to electricity, regulation and control of the new systems have also been replaced. And we have continued with a host of different actions that are currently being worked on, such as replacing roofs or the future rehabilitation and improvement of the hotel's restaurant area.

We are very happy to be close to the hotel sector and to be able to help this great hotel that is a benchmark in the capital.
