Alfonso is an architect trained at the Madrid School of Architecture, with high management, business development and team directing skills with 20 years of experience in the real estate sector in the field of design and construction, with national and international responsibility.

He steps in as FLULLE managing director, holding the responsibility of leading a company-wide work culture overhaul, designing and implementing a business strategy in which the business and its people are the two main pillars on which to build this ambitious project.

Previously, Alfonso held office for 4 years as Operations Director at Tetris Spain (the Design and Construction department of Jones Lang LaSalle, an international Real Estate company), directing the Spanish business and assuming additional responsibilities in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. As National Director and member of the JLL Spain Business Committee (SBC), he participated in the business strategy of the JLL Group.

Before being named Operations Director at Tetris in September 2014, he built himself a reputation leading Unen (design and construction company) as an associate director and project leader for 12 years.
