FLULLE has been selected as the contractor for the development and execution of the UTOPICUS + THE SOCIAL project, promoted by Inmobiliaria Colonial Socimi, in the iconic Madnum building, located at Méndez Álvaro, 61 (Madrid).

FLULLE will be responsible for the integrated development and execution of the works on floors 8, 9, and 10 of the UTOPICUS space, as well as the implementation of common areas and an industrial kitchen on floor P1 of THE SOCIAL project.

At Utopicus Madnum, users will enjoy flexible spaces designed for the well-being of both people and businesses, offering solutions that range from private offices to HQ Flex spaces and event areas, all with integrated services and a clear commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

A project of collaboration and excellence

The execution of the project will be carried out in collaboration with the architecture firm Proyecto Singular and the installations site management led by Valladares. In addition, AURA Ingenieros will be in charge of health and safety coordination.

This award represents an important step forward for FLULLE , consolidating its position in the construction of innovative, high value-added spaces for the real estate and corporate sectors.
