On this occasion we have worked to carry out the implementation of the LEXER offices in Madrid, an independent, technological and comprehensive leader in legal and recovery services for companies.

The firm decided to move its corporate headquarters in Madrid, occupying the entire new building owned by Barba Grupo Inmobiliario to the well-known street Gustavo Fernández Balbuena 15, consisting of 6 floors above ground level and one underground parking lot.

The project to rehabilitate the building was in progress and they needed a strong Partner capable of taking charge of the implementation of the company in record time, with both works overlapping, and that was us.

We took charge of adapting all the facilities and generated new spaces to provide the appropriate response to Lexer's expectations. Closed spaces such as meeting rooms and offices, and the rest of the surface of the operating floors in Open Space format, as well as common spaces: two technical rooms, toilets, employee dining room and a reception area on the ground floor very representative of what the firm aims to evoke in its clients and employees.

We were able to successfully carry out the project. Both the Client, Owner and Project Manager Savills Spain, and the architects Colliers have been very satisfied with the work carried out by FLULLE and we are sure that we will continue working together in the future.
