At FLULLE , we are fully engaged in a particularly exciting project: the refurbishment of the Room Mate Macarena Hotel, right in the heart of Madrid. This intervention, which is being carried out while the hotel remains open to guests, presents both technical and logistical challenges that we are addressing with our usual hallmark: flexibility, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality.

The work includes the architectural transformation of several rooms, which are being redistributed and modernised to create new, more spacious and functional spaces with high-end finishes. In addition, the plumbing and electrical systems are being completely renovated, while the existing HVAC systems are being adapted and integrated into the hotel's new interior design.

One of the most significant milestones of this intervention is the installation of a new elevator, located in a pre-existing shaft within the building. This new lift will provide more efficient internal connectivity between service areas, greatly improving the hotel staff’s daily operations. It's a solution that optimises internal logistics and enhances the working environment for the hotel teams.

Working in such an iconic location as Gran Vía—and doing so in a hotel that remains operational—requires impeccable coordination and precise planning. Thanks to the commitment and experience of our technical and production teams, the project is progressing smoothly and with full guarantees.
