The fit-out project drawn up by Estudio Morph proposes an automated coworking space equipped with the latest technology for LOOM on the 18th floor and on the Torre Chamartín building rooftop, property of Merlin Properties, and sitting at 55 Dulce Chacón street in Madrid.
We have equipped the office with 126 fixed and flexible workstations distributed around a open space simulating a city square. The central core of the building presents itself as an infinite chalkboard covered by backlit glass. Moreover, nearly 10,760 ft² of office space offer many private studies, meeting rooms, phone booths, printer and rest areas, a multifunctional space and a spectacular terrace offering prime 360-degree views over Madrid city.
The most complex challenge was to rethink, manufacture partition corners and correctly adjust the screens and custom-made carpentry manufactured by BMR - one of our most trusted suppliers - together with the curved furniture chosen for the Fit-out. Today, the suitable use of glass and wood inspire feelings of comfort in users, encouraging both office interiors and terraces to present themselves as fantastic meeting places and networking and corporate events venues of a different nature as they are in essence flexible spatial solutions.
