A flexible workspace
The Villasís building, a property of more than 4,300m² or 46,000 ft2 sitting at Plaza Villasís, in the heart of Seville, was turned into a large flexible workspace and office rental by virtue of the agreement signed by Fundación Cajasol and the IWG multinational, a specialist in coworking offices. The operation provided a key and novel aspect by introducing an office building such as this one in the city center. The commission fell upon Tetris, who, under a turnkey model, did a great job in project design and execution, to also achieve the objective of obtaining a Platinum LEED certification for the property. Tetris in turn entrusted FLULLE with fitting of all the security, PCI, Telecoms and special systems necessary to meet client’s requests for property upgrade and repositioning.

Spaces Villasís stands out at first glance as one of the most impressive modern structures in Seville with a fascinating new facade incorporating crisp white lines. It includes four stories of private offices, meeting rooms and waiting areas in which to socialize where professionals are treated to the best amenities and comfort elements.
