The work on these facilities is of crucial relevance, being a very sensitive facility: a space in which to house ailing children. Equipment must maintain specific temperatures and pressures for the proper functioning of the sanitary systems.
For this project we completed outfitting of 4 rooms and a common access door by installing insulated galvanized steel sheet ducts. Precise measurement equipment was set in place to allow precise monitoring of air conditioning and ventilation air flows in each of the rooms, controlled by means of variable air volume dampers, fast-acting dampers, all of which are monitored in real time by the hospital management system and locally in each of the rooms.
Fittings completed in these areas demand a positive differential pressure control of 10 pascals between the operating room and its adjacent areas, and allow for a maximum deviation of 1 pascal. In the case of temperature, the maximum deviation permitted is 1 ºC between the set temperature and the ambient temperature
