A five-star project in a five-star city
The prestigious Four Seasons luxury hotel chain begins works in 2012 on a majestic building built on a slope facing the Atlantic in the vibrant Casablanca Corniche (Morocco). A hotel project with 190 5-star rooms drawn up by Foster + Partners. The building is modern and contemporary, with an elegant sand-colored design and inspired by the beach. The architect’s intentions were drawing the city towards the sea, from La Corniche to the coast.
A luxury project
Relatively intimate in scale, the five-story Casablanca Four Seasons Hotel is carved out of the beachside cliff, below street level. As a result, the lobby entrance sits on the fifth floor rooftop, directly off La Corniche, while accommodations and amenities are located on the four floors below.
Elecnor entrusted us with the execution of electricity installations and some special ones, such as audiovisual.

Three years of coordination and high-flying logistics management
The Four Seasons hotel was a great magnitude project in which we had a presence for three years with many complicated factors at stake. At FLULLE we manage to coordinate and deal with construction, highly personalized installations, and luxury interior design, in addition to great logistical difficulties, raw materials imports, handling of border tariffs ... and those inherent to the country.
