Upgrade and revamping of a property in the city center
In 2016, MH Apartments opts for the property located at 15 Tirso de Molina square, in Madrid’s historic center, with the aim of outfitting the MH Apartments Central Madrid.
UNEN is commissioned to upgrade and turn the property into an impressive building for tertiary use with “studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments (480-880 ft²)” fully equipped, soundproofed, decorated and furnished to high standards.

Facing the challenge
We are hired to remodel and refurbish all necessary installations to give comfort to the newly created apartments. All electrical installations (temporary fixes, lighting, panels and all new wiring in accordance with Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Regulations regulations), fire protection (FP), telecoms and specials installations, plumbing and sanitation, air conditioning and ventilation, solar setups and kitchen smoke extractor.

A strategic change of use project directed towards tertiary applications in the historic city center, in which participating has proven to be a luxury, and whose main challenge was goods logistics and site access.
