With the aim of completely upgrading the property and making the space profitable, Vitruvio Real Estate Investment Firm purchased in 2016 a building of great architectural value for mixed use located at 24 Sagasta street, in Madrid, in the Chamberí district.
The building includes a ground floor housing four commercial premises and six upper floors of apartments.
The year and a half long Fit-out has made it possible to potentiate property space, increasing the number of units from 12 to 28 homes. Additionally, the commercial area has been rehabilitated and granted direct access from Sagasta street to the 500 m² restaurant premises.
As a general contractor, UNEN commissioned FLULLE Installations for the comprehensive remodeling: electric grid (including new connections installations and centralization of electricity meters), common telecoms infrastructure, plumbing, sanitation, ventilation, air conditioning and fire protection, including common areas.
This is an textbook example of an ambitious project to reposition a mixed-use residential asset in the Chamberí district.
