MDR Inversiones has entrusted FLULLE with leading the repositioning of one of the most emblematic buildings in the Salamanca district. Formerly the headquarters of Credit Suisse Bank, the building on the corner of Ayala and Velázquez streets is now entering a new phase.
The project involves the complete renovation of 8,000 m² distributed across 7 floors and a rooftop terrace, as well as 2 levels below ground. The scope is comprehensive: in addition to the complete renovation of the building, all electrical and mechanical installations will be replaced, equipping the property with state-of-the-art infrastructure that meets the demands of today's market.
All of this with a flexible solution, designed for both single and multi-tenant occupancy, maximizing its appeal in Madrid's prime office market.
