Located in the Torre Oriente, Utopicus Madnum complements the complex's offerings with flexible workspaces and premium services. Its 3,053 m² are distributed across three floors, featuring private offices, office suites, meeting rooms, and event spaces, all within an environment that combines sustainable design, advanced technology, and spectacular views of the Madrid skyline.
Natural light and meticulous interior design by Proyecto Singular, inspired by the social clubs of London and New York, create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Sustainable materials and neutral tones promote concentration, creativity, and well-being.
The space is further enhanced by a terrace with city views and a multipurpose room, perfect for training sessions and corporate meetings, in addition to the complex's green spaces and common areas.
FLULLE has carried out the complete fit-out for Utopicus' new flexible office space spread across floors 8, 9 and 10. A project conceived to combine corporate image, occupancy flexibility and intensive operation, where every construction decision had to translate into a final experience: efficient spaces for day-to-day use, but also prepared for meetings, training and events.

The main challenge was transforming raw/semi-finished floors into a fully operational environment, coordinating architecture and building services in parallel and ensuring technical continuity throughout: comfort, acoustics, lighting, connectivity, and security. To achieve this, the project began with selective demolition, protective measures, and waste management, preparing the groundwork for the new layout.
The solution was implemented as a comprehensive interior architecture project: new partitioning using walls and linings, integration of glazed partitions and joinery, definition of suspended ceilings with their access points and junctions, and execution of flooring and finishes (paints, cladding, and trims) designed for intensive use and a refined aesthetic. Simultaneously, the commissioning and deployment of the necessary building services for the space's operation was addressed: HVAC, electrical and lighting, voice and data, fire protection, and security/CCTV systems, ensuring their coordination with the architecture (passageways, access points, return lines, support structures, and accessibility for maintenance).

In addition to the work carried out for Utopicus, we also completed a series of common areas totaling 1,550 m² for Colonial SFL, though managed by Utopicus. These strategically located spaces, designed with meticulous attention to detail, serve the Madnum complex.
Among them, the first floor of the main building stands out as a meeting place for all residents of the complex, offering a dining and leisure area, along with the Sala de Oriente (Oriental Room). Furthermore, on the ground floor of the Boreal Building, the Sala Boreal is a multipurpose space ideal for corporate presentations and events with employees or clients. It serves as a prelude to the MADNUM Auditorium, which has become a leading venue for corporate events, with a capacity of 270 people. This large space, flooded with natural light and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, also features independent access, making it an especially versatile option for conferences, presentations, and professional meetings.

Furthermore, Utopicus Madnum is the first Net Zero flexible space, designed to minimize its environmental footprint without compromising on comfort and service excellence.
As a final step, testing and verification, finishing touches, final cleaning, and handover documentation were completed, leaving all three floors ready for operation from day one. The result is a flexible, cohesive, and technically robust space where execution is prioritized to ensure that users can enter and function effectively.
From FLULLE we want to thank the entire Colonial SFL and Utopicus team for giving us the opportunity to create, once again, a flexible space of the highest quality.
