Featuring classical French and palazzo-style elements, this 1914 building was designed by architect Joaquín Saldaña y López. Located in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca, the historic property has been meticulously restored and reimagined. The gallery seamlessly integrates RH Interiors, Contemporary, Modern and Outdoor collections with rare art, antiques and artifacts from across the globe.
Once again, EMPTY has entrusted FLULLE to handle everything related to the installations of this wonderful project in an iconic building in one of the best areas of Madrid. This area, chosen by RH to establish their Gallery in Spain, is both elegant and commercial.
Regarding electricity, the entire electrical installation has been renewed according to the project (including panels, wiring, and lighting installation), all controlled by a home automation system. The audio, telecommunications, and access control systems throughout the building have also been reinstalled. As for fire protection systems, a new detection system has been installed with buttons and smoke detectors. The aspiration system has been renewed, and the fire hose reels (BIES) have been modified. All the plumbing and sanitation systems in the building are also new.

In the exquisite foyer, a grand Italian Carrara marble staircase is decorated with an iron balustrade, a cascading composition of blown glass chandeliers and antique gilt mirrors.
