The implementation project, developed by Estudio ROTO ARQUITECTURA, proposes the creation of a highly versatile corporate events and coworking space for LOOM on the ground floor of the Ruiz Picasso 11 building, owned by Merlin Properties, located at Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso No. 11 in Madrid, in the heart of the AZCA district.
The intervention covers nearly 1,800 m², conceived as a space capable of hosting everything from small-format meetings to large-scale events for up to 600 people, thanks to flexible and divisible spatial solutions.

The project’s main technical challenge was the execution and fine-tuning of the curved ceilings, a key element of the architectural design.
The FLULLE team had to redesign layouts, resolve junctions, and precisely adjust the curved soffits, playing with different ceiling heights to maximize the sense of space, despite the high concentration of building services within the suspended ceilings.
All of this had to be carried out while maintaining a high level of finish, millimetre-perfect coordination between trades, and seamless integration between architecture, building services, and interior design.

FLULLE took on the full execution of the project, bringing its experience in complex, highly technical corporate spaces.
The approach was based on precise layout management, ongoing coordination with the design team, and special attention to construction details, ensuring that technical solutions enhanced both the spatial perception and the end-user experience.
Project Highlights
We worked to deliver a set of certifications that endorse the building’s excellence in sustainability, technology, well-being, and accessibility. The building holds LEED Platinum certification, recognizing its outstanding environmental performance; WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Certified, ensuring advanced connectivity and intelligent digital infrastructure; as well as WELL Gold, focused on occupant health, comfort, and well-being. In addition, the property is certified by AIS (Accessibility Indicator System), reaffirming its commitment to universal accessibility and inclusion.

The result is a comfortable, flexible, and technologically advanced space, where the use of glass and wood creates warm and luminous environments.
Both from the interior and exterior, the complex presents itself as an ideal meeting place for networking and corporate events, adaptable to different formats and needs, reinforcing LOOM’s value proposition in one of Madrid’s most important business districts.
We would like to thank LOOM for the trust they have placed in FLULLE over the years. This ongoing collaboration, built on strong synergy and shared values, is something we look forward to continuing through new projects in the future.
See you in the next flexible workspace
