EMPTY, acting as the project’s general contractor, led the full refurbishment of Hotel BLESS Madrid, located on Velázquez Street 62. Within this broader project, FLULLE was appointed by EMPTY to carry out all installation works, taking responsibility for the complete scope of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, electricity, voice and data systems, and access control.

The assignment required upgrading all technical installations to meet the operational and comfort standards expected from a five-star hotel—while keeping the property fully functional during the works. FLULLE began with an in-depth survey of the existing systems, preparing all necessary technical documentation and coordinating closely with EMPTY as well as the architectural and engineering teams. FLULLE also handled the legalisation of the updated installations and prepared the full as-built documentation package upon completion.
In terms of HVAC, the project included replacing indoor units, renewing piping networks, modifying duct systems, and optimising condensate drainage—resulting in a more efficient, stable, and quiet operation. Plumbing and sanitation works involved installing premium sanitary fixtures and accessories, and upgrading internal supply and drainage networks to improve durability and performance.
Electrical works covered the installation of new switchboards, modification and optimisation of existing ones, redistribution of power lines, and adaptation of cabling to support the hotel’s updated operational requirements. Additionally, the voice, data and access control systems were upgraded to ensure the technological infrastructure matched the hotel’s service standards.
Thanks to seamless coordination with EMPTY and careful planning in such a sensitive environment—where guest comfort and hotel activity could not be disrupted—FLULLE successfully renewed all technical installations without affecting day-to-day operations. The result is a more efficient, safer building equipped with modern systems that enhance both performance and guest experience.
